Terms & Conditions for National Chimney Academy Prize Draw

  1. Promoter: The prize draw is organized by the National Chimney Academy (NCA), part of Specflue Ltd.
  2. Eligibility:
    • Open to individuals aged 18 and over who book a training course with NCA during the promotion period.
    • Employees of Specflue Ltd., NCA, their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected to the competition are not eligible to participate.
    • Entry is limited to residents of the UK.
  3. Promotion Period:
    • The prize draw begins on Tuesday 26th November 2024 and closes at 9 AM on Friday 20th December 2024.
    • Bookings made outside this time frame will not be entered into the prize draw.
  4. How to Enter:
    • To enter, book any NCA training course scheduled for 2025 within the promotion period.
    • Only one entry per individual, regardless of the number of bookings.
  5. Prizes:
    One winner will be randomly selected to choose one of the following prizes:
    • £200 voucher of their choice.
    • £200 off their next Specflue product order.
    • £200 off their NCA course.
  6. Winner Selection:
    • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
    • The draw will take place on 20th December 2024, and the winner will be notified by 5 PM the same day.
  7. Notification & Claiming the Prize:
    • The winner will be contacted via email or phone using the contact details provided during the booking process.
    • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
  8. General Terms:
    • Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, except for the winner’s choice of voucher or discounts as specified.
    • The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
  9. Data Protection:
    • Personal data collected for the competition will only be used for the purpose of administering the prize draw and contacting the winner.

  10. Publicity:
    • By entering, participants agree that NCA may use their name and town/city for promotional purposes, such as announcing the winner on social media, unless they opt out by contacting the promoter.
  11. Limitation of Liability:
    • The promoter is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues, incomplete information, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  12. Changes to the Prize Draw:
    • The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition in case of unforeseen events beyond its control.
  13. Governing Law:
    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
