We believe your commitment to training should be recognised – and now it is. With the NCA Loyalty Scheme, every course you book through the NCA website earns you points that can be redeemed for money off future courses – or coming soon, online store vouchers.

How It Works

Earn as You Learn

  • You’ll automatically collect 1 point for every £1 spent when booking courses via your NCA account.
    Example: A £400 course earns 400 points.

Redeem for Rewards

  • 100 points = £5 off your next course booking.
    So those 400 points? That’s £20 off your next course.
  • Coming soon: Use your points for online store vouchers.

Self-Service Simplicity

  • Points are tracked automatically in your NCA account.

Already a Specflue Loyalty Member?

The Specflue loyalty scheme is now closed to new point accruals, but don’t worry – any existing points can still be redeemed by calling Specflue directly. You have until 1st June 2027 to use them.

FAQ’s

How do I earn loyalty points?

You’ll automatically earn 1 point for every £1 you spend on training courses booked through the NCA website. Points are linked to your account, so there’s nothing extra you need to do.


How do I redeem my points?

At checkout, you’ll see the option to apply your available points to your next course booking. It’s fast, simple, and handled entirely through your online account.


What is the value of each point?

Every 100 points = £5 off.
So if you’ve earned 400 points, you’ll get £20 off your next booking.

Can I use my points for anything else?

Soon you’ll be able to redeem points for online store vouchers too. This feature is currently being developed and will be added to the site shortly.


Is there a minimum number of points I need before I can redeem?

Yes – you’ll need at least 100 points (£5 value) to apply a discount.


Do points expire?

Points earned through the NCA loyalty scheme do not currently have an expiry date, but we’ll always give plenty of notice if this changes.


I still have points from the old Specflue loyalty scheme – can I use them here?

No, the NCA scheme is separate. However, you can still redeem your existing Specflue points by calling Specflue directly. Points can be used until 1st June 2027.


Do I need to sign up separately for the loyalty scheme?

No – as long as you have an NCA account, you’re automatically enrolled. Every course booked via the website will earn you points.


Can I check my points balance?

Yes – simply log in to your NCA account to view your current points balance at any time.
